18 Jul A Sincere Apology
I am now in the process of re-editing ‘A Daisy in the Field’.
I have read through the copy of the edited version and am absolutely appalled at the grammatical / spelling errors throughout the book. I am comparing the edited version to my original version, and mine has fewer errors (by quite a lot!)
Goodbye 2K, paid to be professionally edited, or so I thought! One lives and learns!
Once the re-edit is completed, and I go through the book from cover-to-cover, I will have it re-formatted and change the editions on-line, for both kindle and print.
I am also going to re-print the new edition, hopefully here in Perth. This will, no doubt, take quite a few weeks, even months, unfortunately. I am holding off the launch of the book, and further sales, until then.
To those of you who have purchased my book, I can only apologise from the bottom of my heart. I know many of you have kindly said how much you have enjoyed the story, and fallen in love with the characters, and that brings so much joy to my heart. Thank you again.
Fingers crossed version #2 is correct. I know so much more for the publication of ‘A Lily in the Valley’, which I hope may be released earlier than stated.
